High Roller

• Prepare and support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, Section 16) • Assist with financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls • Conduct technical accounting research and prepare related memos • Support audits and coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and internal teams • Maintain and improve financial reporting and disclosure • Monitor SEC and regulatory updates
