Operations Coordinator

Role Description We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic UK-based events and staffing company. This role sits at the heart of operations, combining recruitment, logistics, and workforce coordination to ensure seamless delivery across international events. You will work closely with clients, site teams, and crew members, playing a critical role in maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced and rewarding industry. Responsibilities - Recruit, onboard, and manage event workforce teams - Coordinate daily and weekly staff schedules and distribute briefs - Maintain regular communication with crew, clients, and operations teams - Organise travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and transport - Conduct daily workforce check-ins via internal systems - Ensure CRM systems and administrative records are consistently updated - Prepare reports, data insights, and operational correspondence - Monitor worker performance, reviews, and progression - Oversee day-to-day coordination of crews across multiple projects - Process timesheets, payroll inputs, and invoicing through CRM systems - Support lead generation, account management, and project coordination Qualifications - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant role such as recruitment, scheduling, coordination, or administration - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organisational and time management abilities - High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills - Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment with changing priorities - Professional, proactive, and adaptable mindset - Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and managing logistics is advantageous - Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection - Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with UK time zones Company Description At Remote Recruitment, we specialise in helping skilled South African professionals connect with top UK businesses.
