• Translate product specifications and designs into detailed test cases, then execute them to find and report bugs • Conduct various types of testing, including functional and non-functional tests like usability, accessibility and mobile testing, on our SaaS web applications • Document and track your work • Engage in continuous learning and improvement, helping us evolve our testing strategies • Participate in sprint ceremonies within our Agile team to ensure a seamless QA process
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing
- At least 3 years of experience testing web and mobile applications, including accessibility
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium or other similar testing tools
- Experience with test case management and issue tracking tools (Qase, TestRail, Jira)
- Strong experience structuring, prioritizing, and optimizing QA work (plans, suites, regressions, documentation)
- Strong experience translating complex problems into clear, testable scenarios
- Strong individual contributor with effective team collaboration
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools as needed
- Strong interest in technology and continuous learning
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Automation testing experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow this skill long-term.

Role Description We're looking for a dedicated Mobile Tester to join our growing team at Neybox. This is a full-time, remote position for Neybox Digital, a leading mobile app studio with two in-house mobile apps. With our apps, our goal is to help everyone live a better, healthier life. Responsibilities - Test both apps on all supported devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch). - Create new issues on our project management platform. - Write test cases and testing-related documentation. - Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure both apps are properly tested. - Quality assurance and testing of our two apps, including finding bugs, reproducing reported issues, and testing new features. - Ensure the UI is built in accordance with the design mockups and prototypes. - Testing will be done on real devices and the Xcode Simulator on the Mac. - Coordinate with translators to ensure proper localisation testing. Qualifications - At least one year of experience in testing mobile applications for iOS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with testing methodologies and types (exploratory, regression, focused, etc.). - Proficient use of the English language. - Proficient in the usage of MacOS and iOS. - This position requires working on a Mac. • Analyse business requirements/user stories and translate them into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for D365 F&O processes. • Execute end-to-end testing across D365 F&O modules (as applicable), validating configurations, customisations, security roles, and business workflows. • Perform smoke, sanity, functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing for releases and hotfixes. • Build and maintain test plans and test suites in a test management tool such as Azure DevOps Test Plans (or equivalent), ensuring traceability from requirements → test cases → defects → closure. • Maintain high-quality test artefacts and execution evidence to support release readiness and auditability. • Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects; participate in defect triage with cross-functional teams; re-test fixes and validate closure.
