Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Experience building strategy decks and executive-level presentations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars and logistics
- High attention to detail and due diligence in reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Skilled in problem-solving and data analysis
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not required)

Role Description Insurity’s next Lead Product Support Analyst will be a senior member of the Product Support team who leads the triage and resolution of complex customer issues across Insurity products. They will coordinate day‑to‑day support activities, drive quality and efficiency in our ticketing and data maintenance processes, and serve as a key point of escalation for critical client incidents.
