MUST University
Role Description The Educational Consultant for Admissions is responsible for promoting MUST University and its academic programs internationally, recruiting prospective students outside the United States and its territories, and coordinating the full international admissions process in compliance with MUST policies, ethical standards, and applicable federal regulations. Key Responsibilities - Guide prospective students through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, including: - Responding to inquiries and qualifying applicants - Supporting application submission - Verifying required documentation - Coordinating interviews when applicable - Confirming enrollment and supporting a smooth onboarding handoff - Provide timely and accurate follow-up to prospective students throughout the admissions process. - Support enrollment objectives by maintaining strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. - Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with institutional requirements. Qualifications - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or related fields. - Experience in the Education industry. - Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent). - Intermediary proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Core Competencies - Sales and student recruitment skills. - Effective communication and relationship management. - Attention to detail and documentation accuracy. - Compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. - Ethical judgment and professionalism.
