Additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step, leading and participating in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handling new process baseline qualifications and managing, auditing and liaising with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives. CVD/PVD team focus on film related technical improvement in various activity and you can apply thin film related technical knowledge and experience. And collaborate with R&D dept., global site, supplier to solve technical problems based on effective confident approach. Also, equipment knowledge will help to reach solution. Data driven and analysis skill will helpful to reach solution in your job. And it's better to have English or Japanese communication skill to procced projects.
