Role Description Du klickst auf “Send” und deine ersten eigen-konzipierten Mails werden an 100-tausende Interessenten verschickt. Schon kurz darauf folgt super Feedback in Form von zahlreichen Bestellungen von interessierten Kunden. Bei uns musst du in der ersten Woche keine langweiligen Test-Aufgaben bearbeiten, erstmal deinen Laptop einrichten und dich überall einlesen. Wir sind eine wachsende E-Mail Marketing Agentur und unsere Kunden (E-Commerce Unternehmen) kennst du wahrscheinlich schon von Höhle der Löwen & deinem Instagram Feed. In den letzten 2 Jahren sind wir von 2 auf 20 Leute gewachsen und dieses Jahr werden wir uns nochmal stark wachsen. Das klingt genau nach dem, was du suchst? Wir suchen nämlich jemanden für unser Team: - Kunden: Du arbeitest mit Online-Shops zusammen, bei denen du selbst gerne einkaufst (Kosmetik, Schmuck, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Fitnessprodukte, Fashion etc.) - Kommunikation: Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und dem Team. Durch regelmäßige Check-in-Calls und enge Zusammenarbeit baust du starke Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf und trägst die volle Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung der Projekte. - Team: Eigenes operatives Umsetzungsteam für Copywriting, Grafikdesign und technische Implementierung. Dein Hauptfokus besteht in der Strategieentwicklung. - Best Practices: Versandvolumen, die dich in deiner Arbeit und uns als Company nach vorne bringen, damit unsere Kunden stets am Puls der Zeit sind. - Ideen: Unsere Kunden sind immer für innovative Tests offen, und wir verfügen über die nötigen technischen Ressourcen, um deine Ideen Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen. - Verantwortung: Du hast direkten Einfluss auf die Wachstumsrate & Profitabilität unserer Kunden. Qualifications - Erfahrung: Du hast bereits 1-3 Jahre im E-Mail Marketing oder CRM gearbeitet und möchtest dein Wissen weiter vertiefen. - Technisches Know-how: Vorkenntnisse in Klaviyo sind von Vorteil, aber deine Bereitschaft, dich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten, ist entscheidend. - Kommunikationstalent: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, und deine positive Ausstrahlung macht es anderen leicht, mit dir zu sprechen. - Analytischer Verstand und Kreativität: Du kannst Daten interpretieren und daraus kreative Marketingstrategien entwickeln. - Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
