The Crown Is Yours As an Associate Creative Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. In this role, you'll take the lead on crucial strategic initiatives, driving projects across functions to achieve key objectives. Your expertise in project management will be essential in tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless execution. What You'll Do - Execute critical strategic initiatives identified to achieve goals. - Facilitate project execution by working cross-functionally to build and drive project plans, identify dependencies, and deliver on core goals. - Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and retrospectives with the project team. - Build resources and playbooks to codify best practices and improve operational consistency. - Partner with stakeholders across teams to surface insights and align priorities that enhance the end-to-end customer journey. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 65,300.00 USD - 81,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
