Role Description Génère à ton rythme du newbiz pour le cabinet pionnier du recrutement digital. - Prospecter et développer le portefeuille clients (PME / ETI en priorité) du cabinet sur toute la France. - Gérer ton pipe commercial en autonomie, à ton rythme, de l'identification des cibles à la transmission des "leads qualifiés" au Recruteur. - Un lead qualifié est un prospect qui a exprimé le besoin de recruter 1 ou plusieurs personnes dans les métiers du Digital, du Marketing ou de l'IT, qui est informé des conditions du cabinet et souhaite rencontrer un recruteur pour clarifier son besoin et lancer le.s recrutement.s. Qualifications - 5+ ans d'expérience en Business Développement (chasse) en B2B, idéalement dans le secteur des services aux entreprises : Cabinet de recrutement, Conseil, Agence, ESN. - Réseau activable de managers et C-level. - Français écrit et oral excellent. Requirements - Générer 1 à 6 leads qualifiés par mois, selon le temps consacré à cette activité. - Réaliser pour ton compte d'indépendant un CA mensuel de 2.000 à 12.000 € (soit 1 à 6 recrutements réussis). - Partager le reporting d'activité commerciale de façon hebdomadaire avec le Recruteur. - Autonome et à l'aise pour décrocher ton téléphone. - Envisager de t'établir en indépendant, travailler avec tes propres outils, depuis chez toi ou ailleurs. - Être rémunéré(e) 100% au succès, les clients payant le cabinet en fin de mission (1 mois en moyenne), à la signature de la lettre d'embauche.
