HEPR Program Manager

• Lead the development and execution of reimbursement and health economic strategies for Structural Heart (SH) products in EMEA. • Develop clinical and economic evidence, health economic evaluations, and customer-facing economic tools. • Facilitate understanding and prioritization of market access needs across EMEA countries. • Direct execution of health economic projects including cost-effectiveness analyses to support market access strategies. • Analyze and communicate clinical & economic evidence to target audiences including publication of research findings. • Represent Reimbursement and Health Economics at external meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree (MS, MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD or MD) in Economics, Health Economics, Life Sciences, Health Policy or related field required
  • 7+ years market access experience for medical devices or pharmaceutical products (reimbursement, health economics, HTA and funding applications)
  • 7+ years’ experience in health economics, outcomes research or medical device technology assessment, with a track record of successful reimbursement and funding applications in the health care environment.
  • Good knowledge of the application, development and review of health economic models
  • Experience in conducting outcomes research projects and developing value propositions
  • Good knowledge of reimbursement systems in Europe
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work across cultures, strong project management skills, results orientation, quality orientation.

Qualifications Master's Degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience, OR Bachelor's Degree, and a minimum of 13 years' experience, OR Associates degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
