Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Capital Rx

• Lead design and implementation of user-facing features and backend services. • Build accessible, performant UIs with TypeScript, React (React Router / Next.js, HTML, and CSS). • Implement robust REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask); design schemas and write efficient SQL. • Define clear API contracts and patterns; ensure consistency across services and UIs. • Own quality: automated tests with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright; thorough code reviews and documentation. • Improve build and release pipelines (Vite/Webpack, GitHub Actions) and support deployments on AWS. • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues; drive reliability and performance improvements. • Mentor teammates and contribute to planning, estimation, and technical decisions.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building fullstack web applications, including leading features or projects.
  • Strong expertise with React (React Router / Next.js) and rendering strategies (CSR/SSR/SSG), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask), REST API design, and SQL/schema design.
  • Hands-on with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright; CI/CD with GitHub Actions; familiarity with AWS.
  • Understanding of web security and authentication (OAuth 2.0/OIDC) and secure coding practices.
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across product, design, and engineering.
  • Healthcare/HIPAA experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Elastic Search.
