We are seeking an Associate to join our Transactions Team to facilitate renewable energy transactions between buyers and sellers. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills who is eager to support renewable energy transactions at scale — and who is excited about using AI and automation to do it better. In this role, you will sharpen your project management skills, build and deploy tools that improve how our team operates, and have a front-row seat to the rapidly evolving landscape of renewable energy project development and corporate procurement. You will develop relationships across a wide range of industry contacts, including renewable energy developers, originators, and corporate procurement managers. Duties and Responsibilities - Platform Expertise – Become a subject matter expert on the LTE Platform to support users, manage platform data, and troubleshoot issues for internal and external stakeholders. - Process Automation & Operations Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and design automated tools and processes — leveraging AI where applicable — to improve the efficiency and outcomes of RFPs and other recurring operations. - Project Management Support – Support the Transaction Manager with project management and communications across Energy Marketplace processes, including reviewing offers, coordinating internal and external communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining meeting notes and general organization. - Research & Analysis – Conduct research and analysis on market trends in renewable energy products, pricing, and regulation, including general market research and ad hoc analysis of LevelTen data. - Product Improvement – Proactively identify and help scope platform enhancements, and provide structured feedback on new LTE Platform features. Qualifications - 1+ year of full-time professional experience (preferred) or relevant internship experience, ideally in energy or sustainability. - Genuine interest in building a career in renewable energy and sustainability. - A self-starter mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and take initiative. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with external stakeholders by phone and email. - Ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams. - Hands-on experience with AI tools, with an interest in applying them to automate workflows and build internal resources. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Tableau experience is a plus.
