Role Description A leading music streaming company seeks a Digital Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and vendor relationships. This role is responsible for managing campaign operations, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation. - Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, social, display, affiliate). - Manage day-to-day coordination with external partners, including projections, performance alignment, and campaign deliverables. - Oversee marketing operations processes, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and internal workflow submissions. - Assist with onboarding new partners, including media plan coordination, tracking setup, and documentation. - Support pixel implementation and troubleshoot tracking issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate campaign setup tasks, including trafficking, UTM generation, creative updates, and QA of ad units. - Partner cross-functionally with teams such as legal, privacy, and brand to support campaign execution. - Assist in the development and execution of marketing tests and new initiatives. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or partner management. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field. - Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. - Experience with direct platform execution (Meta, Google Ads) is preferred.
