Role Description We are seeking a highly driven Technical Delivery Manager to own and execute our end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be the central point of accountability for moving products from ideation through to production. Ensure rigorous adherence to testing, approval, and rejection protocols before any code moves forward. - Release Management: Own the deployment pipeline. Coordinate the release to Beta environments, manage Customer Validation feedback loops, and authorize final deployments to Production. - Reporting & Transparency: Provide executive-level reporting on velocity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization. Call out risks early and bring actionable solutions to leadership. - Success Metrics: Track and manage key success metrics, including but not limited to: - On-time delivery rate across releases - Reduction in release defects or escaped defects - % of committed scope delivered - Improvement in engineering throughput or predictability Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent career experience. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
