• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and merger consequences analyses. • Conduct target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking to support pipeline development. • Lead financial due diligence workstreams; quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, normalization adjustments and synergy quantification. • Create and monitor business performance metrics of deals, including key performance indicator tracking, profitability analysis and trend analysis. • Support post-close integration tracking – synergy realization, purchase accounting and performance vs. deal thesis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance or related field.
  • Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
