Contracts Analyst

Element

• Review and manage all task subcontracts and vendor agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with prime contract requirements. • Ensure 100% compliance with contract terms, including flow-down requirements, reporting obligations, and performance standards. • Monitor subcontractor deliverables to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and contractual commitments. • Track and maintain contract documentation, including modifications, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor agreements. • Collaborate with program management, procurement, finance, and legal teams to support contract lifecycle activities. • Ensure subcontractors comply with federal regulations, including applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and agency-specific requirements. • Support vendor onboarding, including review of contractual documentation and compliance verification. • Assist in monitoring contract performance metrics and identifying potential risks or compliance gaps. • Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and ensure audit readiness at all times. • Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and analysis as required. • Provide guidance on contractual interpretation and ensure consistent application of contract terms across vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, contracts analysis, or procurement support.
  • Experience working in federal government contracting environments.
  • Strong experience reviewing and managing subcontracts, vendor agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal contracting compliance requirements.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with contract terms and monitoring vendor performance against contractual obligations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex contractual language.
  • Experience supporting audit activities and maintaining contract documentation in compliance with federal standards.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills across legal, finance, procurement, and program teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • Must reside in the Continental US.
