Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Analyst to join our IT team. This role requires a strong blend of functional HR and Payroll knowledge along with technical expertise within the Infor HCM CloudSuite environment. This position will support end-to-end HR and Payroll systems, including: - Talent Acquisition - Global HR - Payroll - Compensation - Benefits - Goals and Performance - Other HR modules The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, supporting, and optimizing HR and Payroll systems while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions. Responsibilities - Configure, implement, and support Infor HCM modules, including Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition and Transition Management, Global HR, Compensation, Benefits, Goals and Performance, and Payroll. - Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across HR and Payroll applications. - Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather business requirements, translate, and develop them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain functional and technical documentation. - Lead and participate in system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Support data migration, integration, and system enhancements across HR and Payroll systems. - Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. - Stay current with Infor Cloud Suite updates, features, and best practices. - Ensure systems adhere to data security, compliance, and privacy standards, especially for Payroll data. - Support cross-functional initiatives impacting HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management. - Partner with IT teams on system integrations, architecture, and performance optimization. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR and Payroll technology. • Thoroughly analyze and validate key customer metrics across multiple data management systems to ensure accuracy. • Work directly with processing and payables partners to address and resolve data integrity issues. • Facilitate one-off customer specific utility payables process and coordinate with internal departments. • Oversee, structure, and lead data analysis to inform insights and decision-making. • Type of reports include, but are not limited to cost and consumption, marked-to-market, budgets, unit cost, savings trackers, supplier summaries, missing invoices, etc. • Use technology to identify potential errors and/or anomalies and verify data entry accuracy. • When required, curate rate models for in-depth analysis. • Evaluate feasibility to switch to a more favorable utility rate schedule, identify incentives and uncover opportunities to opt-in or opt-out of various charges. • Execute and manage daily/monthly nominations, confirmations, imbalances and other similar activities related to the purchase and sale of natural gas on various natural gas pipelines. • Gain and apply a thorough understanding of pipeline and Local Distribution Company (LDC) transportation contracts, balancing provisions, and nominate on the timely movement of natural gas appropriately based upon contract entitlements, receipt and delivery points, and capacity avoiding any overrun or other unforeseen incremental transportation charges. • Track and interpret pipeline curtailments, maintenance, and other operational issues to aide in the efficiency and reliability of transporting natural gas. • Communicate with pipeline representatives as needed and advise the Energy Advisor for the account on potential impacts and alternative solutions. • Communicate and collaborate daily with suppliers, customers and Energy Advisors regarding physical positions and the daily movement of natural gas.

• Conduct quality control audits; evaluate loans utilizing the system of record and all available documentation; ensure compliance to federal, state, investor and/or client guidelines in a timely manner. • Conduct sustainability testing and compliance monitoring. Analyze results to identify gaps and work with various departments for resolution. Provide monthly summary and reporting to management. • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with various departments and levels of management within the organization and act as point of contact for internal and external resources. • Research issues and questions leveraging all available tools, including, ALLRegs, Agency/Investor guidance such as Handbooks, internal policies and procedures, contacting subject matter experts, law firms, county offices, and supporting vendors to obtain necessary information for resolution. • Report systemic issues and process gaps and breakdowns. Track, resolve, and ensure appropriate actions are taken to log findings in the appropriate system, notating detailed explanation of the issue and resolution. • Develop and/or update quality control guidelines and documentation as necessary to comply with changes to internal policies and procedures, and federal, state, investor, and/or client guidelines. • Assist Management in completing quality reviews for junior team members, preparing reports, special projects. Under supervision, assist with implementation of departmental projects or initiatives and attend department meetings and project planning sessions and handle issues and escalations as needed. • Monitor regulatory updates as published to determine impacts to Quality Control and make recommendations on necessary updates to processes and questionnaires. Review monthly questionnaire updates and make recommendations on implementation. • Assist with the Quality Control team’s cross-training activities to ensure adequate coverage for all functions. • All other duties as assigned.
