Role Description The Associate Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing business share and product sales in our dealer network through dealer outreach and communication, marketing projects, in-home sales tools, and dealer marketing content support for our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Bathwraps (Private Label). The Associate Channel Marketing Manager will heavily support and communicate with our dealer network on an individual dealer and day-to-day basis and will be the key liaison between our different teams. Their ability to communicate successfully and easily and work as a team is key to the success of this role. The Channel Manager will also support Product Marketing by having responsibility for updating our Product Reference Manual and Price Guide. The Channel Marketing Manager will continually improve marketing aids and sales aids to be on the leading edge of the bath remodel home improvement industry. The person in this role must keep dealers up to date on our latest market, advertising, in-home sales tools strategies, tactics, and tools to ensure strong brand loyalty. Responsibilities - Responsible for creating direct communications and outreach to our dealer network on a weekly basis about new initiatives, content, and tools. Support Newsletter Communications. - Engage with our dealer network through the coordination of Webinars that educate our dealers on the best local marketing and advertising tactics and new product launches. - Lead our marketing advisory meetings to gain new insight into best-in-class tools used by our top dealers. - Support new product development by preparing communication materials that drive sales for these products. - Constant improvement and renewal of sales sample kits, pull up banners, brochures, sales, and marketing event aids. - Responsible for apparel and marketing materials selections on brand store. - Lead Dealer resource center/digital content management website and update Image Relay content – Collaboration with our applications manager. - Other Duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or 5 years of equivalent marketing experience in home improvement or a related industry. - Call Center, Customer Service or Event Marketing experience preferred. - Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions to enhance sales and dealer engagement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating and distributing newsletters and email communications. - Experience working with a variety of vendors to develop and distribute marketing materials. - Ability to effectively lead engaging webinars and training sessions for dealers. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies. - Skilled at tracking project costs, managing deadlines, and allocating resources to stay within budget. - Experience supporting product development and branding efforts with creative input. - A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to create excitement and drive engagement around products and marketing efforts. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to ask questions and get creative when faced with challenges. Requirements - Compensation is based on experience; $70,000+ and annual bonus potential. Role Description FEDlogic is seeking a strategic and brand focused Marketing Manager; you'll drive brand awareness and product sales & service by developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans across digital, social and traditional channels.
