Marketing Coordinator
Tradeify
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across paid, organic, affiliate, and lifecycle channels • Help coordinate launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product initiatives • Track deadlines, deliverables, and campaign milestones • Ensure internal stakeholders stay aligned on timelines and priorities • Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media channels • Coordinate creative assets including graphics, copy, landing pages, and video deliverables • Help repurpose long-form content into short-form assets, emails, and promotional materials • Maintain organized content calendars • Help manage project workflows across teams including design, paid media, product, and leadership • Organize files, campaign assets, approvals, and reporting documents • Maintain marketing trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets • Assist with vendor coordination when needed • Pull basic performance data across campaigns, ads, social, and email • Help prepare weekly marketing recaps and KPI summaries • Identify trends and surface opportunities for optimization • Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, landing pages, and messaging • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and public-facing materials • Help maintain Tradeify brand standards and messaging alignment
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, coordination, project management, social media, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple moving priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and execute
- Based in the United States
- Experience in startups, fintech, trading, crypto, or performance marketing environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics is a plus
