Role Description Are you looking to re-enter the Workday ecosystem after taking time away from your career or are you looking to enter the Workday ecosystem after catching the Workday bug? Syssero is proud to launch our ASCENT Program — a unique opportunity designed to support professionals with prior Workday experience who have been out of the ecosystem for some time or have earned a certification in hopes of getting into the ecosystem. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and dedicated training to support your professional growth. You’ll work on real client projects with the support of experienced consultants as you rebuild your confidence, deepen your knowledge, and contribute meaningful value. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully complete training and obtain Workday Certification(s) as required. - Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions under the guidance of senior consultants. - Contribute to project activities across one or more Workday functional areas (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, etc.). - Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements from clients. - Participate in solution design sessions, data loads, validation efforts, and user training activities. - Provide post-deployment support to ensure successful client outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Re-engage with Workday tools, practices, and methodology through structured mentorship and on-the-job learning. - Possess sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills. - Outside of regular department activities, you may be pulled into mini-projects related to various Syssero Inc business needs in alignment with your passions, strengths, growth opportunities, and overall needs of the company. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, delivering to internal team, functional and management audiences, as well as to external clients. - Proven ability of strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., pivot tables). - Demonstrate ability to set, manage, and meet expectations and deadlines, internally and with clients. - Understand the importance of client satisfaction and apply it in the process of servicing the client. Qualifications - Previous Workday experience. - 1+ Certification OR 1+ years of Workday experience. - Career pause of up to 4 years. - Strong interest in re-entering the workforce and rebuilding a long-term career in Workday consulting. - Self-starter eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment. - Must be authorized to work in the United States. - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Role Description Evidence Action is developing a Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) pilot in either Liberia or Cameroon, focused on providing technical assistance to health systems to increase KMC coverage, improve KMC initiation timing, and minimize mother-infant separation during hospitalization. The pilot will span a maximum of 12 months between pilot preparation, execution, and analysis and scale evaluation.
