This role puts analytics and innovation at the heart of GoA contact centre operations. • Reporting to the Manager, Contact Centre Business Support, the Data Analyst gathers, cleans, and maintains large volumes of contact centre data to ensure accuracy and usability for reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled tools. • Enhancing the contact centre and reporting platforms, analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and defining and monitoring analytics and AI performance metrics. • Developing and automating dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights, communicating findings clearly to stakeholders, and working closely with technical teams on platform enhancements, agile projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provides technical oversight of the event reporting databases. • Generation of data reports for internal monitoring and process improvement projects. • Physician profiling. • External quality data reporting for the entire OSU Health System and each individual Operating Unit. • Responsibilities include process development for data entry, data integrity, data reporting, data analysis and education.

You will analyze listings and traffic data, define and monitor key quality and growth metrics, evaluate experiments, and build scalable reporting solutions that enable confident, data-driven decision-making. - Serve as a subject matter expert on Redfin’s listings data. - Leverage analytical expertise to deliver simple answers to complex, ambiguous questions. - Build and maintain Tableau dashboards supporting the Growth analytics reporting portfolio. - Define success metrics and perform rigorous analyses for experiments. - Collaborate with team members to review analyses, code, and dashboards, ensuring high-quality deliverables that answer the right questions.
