Pay for this role is $20.00hr The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Central Time), Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, Overtime may be required based on business requirements. Basic Qualifications: - 1 year experience multi level stake holder communication through email, chat, and telephony - 1 year insurance industry experience - 1 year training in call centre setting - 1 year computer experience with Window’s PC applications - High School completion or equivalent Responsibilities: - Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards. - Ordering and reviewing paper files for policy information as well searching internal systems for unknown policies. - Review incoming written complaints and respond to the client with findings - Collaborating with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns. - Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods. - Provide backup assistance to the call center when needed. #INDBPO New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process *** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material. Remote Workspace Remote work demands a high degree of professionalism, self-discipline, and accountability.
