Title: Fullstack Engineer | Growth & Transformation Location: Charlotte United States Job Description: This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. The Red Platform team at Red Ventures is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale the personalization and data platform that powers experiences across our portfolio. In this role, you'll contribute to platform infrastructure and intelligent systems, working with Go microservices, TypeScript applications, and Python-based AI agents. You'll collaborate with teammates to design, implement, and improve scalable systems, leveraging modern and AI-assisted development practices to deliver reliable, data-driven capabilities. • Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting. • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM functional solutions. • Ensure Workday HCM configurations align with business processes and organizational objectives. • Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM, especially Talent and Performance modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation such as design documents, test scripts, and user guides. • Ensure Workday HCM solutions are delivered on time and within budget. • Stay current with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices. • Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. • Support and participate in Agile project delivery and sprint activities.

• Lead implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 / AX SCM modules across business units • Configure and support key modules including: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Project Costing • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions • Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live • Manage and support multi-country rollouts and localization requirements • Provide recommendations on SCM best practices and process improvements • Prepare and maintain: Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap analysis documents, Test cases and business scenarios, Training materials and user guides • Conduct user training sessions and support adoption across business teams • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and support tax-related configurations • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines • Participate in client discussions and provide expert functional consulting support

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements • Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers • Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation • Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed • Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it • Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
