Associate Staff Engineer, ERP Workday – Technical Consultant
Nagarro
• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting. • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM functional solutions. • Ensure Workday HCM configurations align with business processes and organizational objectives. • Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM, especially Talent and Performance modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation such as design documents, test scripts, and user guides. • Ensure Workday HCM solutions are delivered on time and within budget. • Stay current with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices. • Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. • Support and participate in Agile project delivery and sprint activities.
Job Requirements
- Total Experience 4+ years
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM Technical with Integration.
- Strong expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio)
- Experience in Workday Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT)
- Solid understanding of Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Working knowledge of Workday security roles and profiles
- Exposure to HCM modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting/ATS, LMS, and Employee Management
- Familiarity with integration concepts (XML, XSLT, web services, APIs)
- Experience working with ITSM tools/processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Workday Certification (good to have)
