Role Description As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will play a critical role in generating high-quality pipeline by setting up well-qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role is focused on quality over volume - success is defined by your ability to have meaningful conversations, properly qualify opportunities, and create real pipeline. - Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, improve targeting, and continuously increase outbound effectiveness. - Remote position; candidates outside the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel. Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to think clearly and structure conversations effectively. - Comfortable handling objections and engaging in real-time conversations. - Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and improve quickly. - Strong work ethic and focus on outcomes. - Organized and process-oriented in managing outreach and follow-up. - Curious mindset with an ability to ask thoughtful questions. - Team player with a humble, low-ego attitude. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - 0–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.
