Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, ideally on B2B, SaaS, or operational platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflows.
- A track record of using research to guide decisions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you bring clarity to ambiguity and unite stakeholders around a vision.
- Strong organizational skills - you juggle multiple projects in short turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
- Portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, systems thinking, and effective execution across real-world products.
