Role Description We’re looking for a SDET / QA Automation Manager to lead our automation strategy and help the QA team continue advancing its approach to quality. In this role, you will strengthen the department’s automation capabilities by introducing more streamlined workflows, scalable tooling, and innovative solutions that improve quality and engineering efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, quality, and delivery, with responsibility for building a strong, modern testing ecosystem that scales with the complexity and velocity of our platform. In addition to leading the team, this person will play a key role in advancing our broader QA strategy by: - Expanding the use of automation - Introducing modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows where they can add real value - Building capabilities that make both engineers and Manual QA more effective As AI plays a growing role in how modern software teams build, test, and release products, a key part of this role will be helping us take a thoughtful, practical approach to applying AI in testing and quality assurance.
