Project Manager - Operations

• Support planning and execution of internal projects from initiation through closeout. • Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and surface risks or blockers to senior project managers. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on open items. • Create and maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, and project plans. • Assist with resource tracking and ensure team members have clear task assignments. • Identify potential risks and surface mitigation options to senior project managers. Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Communicate project status to internal stakeholders across the Operations team. • Assist with onboarding new projects into project management tools and systems. • Contribute to process improvement efforts as opportunities arise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar support role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or ADO (preferred).
  • CAPM certification, or active pursuit of PMP certification (preferred).
