Role Description The IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. The IT Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects within the workflow and storage domains. This role oversees project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. The IT PM collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages project risks, and ensures the successful implementation of solutions that optimize business processes and storage infrastructure. - Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives related to workflow automation and storage systems. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary. - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. - Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication among project participants. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. - Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. - Foster effective partnerships with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery. - Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to improve workflow efficiency and storage performance. - Support post-implementation review and transition to operational teams. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including experience with workflow and storage systems. - 1+ years of storage and workflow domain (network engineering, compute storage engineering, cloud storage). - 2+ years experience managing large-scale, complex projects. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent).
