Strategic Accounts Coordinator
CYBOT
• Manage key accounts portfolio by establishing strong, long term customer relationships, analyzing customer-specific situations and data, and leveraging product knowledge to generate solutions • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives including growth of revenue and margin. • Monitor and assess sales performance metrics on assigned accounts. • Communicate regularly and proactively with major customers and account managers to solicit orders, respond to questions and convey Irby capabilities, and determine competitive price levels. • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders, including branch and District management, internal specialist teams, and outside salesforce. • Exercise judgment within Irby practices and procedures to suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet customer needs and resolve challenges. • Establish relationships with key vendors and purchasing teams to aid the securing of materials. • Acquire, use and continuously develop personal technical knowledge of general and specialty merchandise items to assist customers and other company personnel.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in sales and/or sales administration
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM systems
- Proven ability to research, analyze and critically review information.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
- Possess a curious nature with the drive to learn, develop, and continuously grow
- Ability to successfully present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Availability and willingness to work on-site during emergencies, including severe storms or power outages, outside of regular business hours.

The Senior Bookkeeper will work closely with the Finance Director to establish and lead bookkeeping operations for newly created US-based joint ventures. Sitting right at the heart of this expansion, you’ll play a key role in shaping how finance is run as the business scales. - Support the opening of multiple venues, building structure, and bringing clarity to a fast-moving environment. - Drive US financial operations, building processes from the ground up. - Provide analysis and commentary on monthly results, identifying trends, and helping the business make better decisions. - Partner with both the Australian finance team and local US operations to drive performance. - Thrive in a hands-on, high-growth environment with direct exposure to senior leaders and decision-makers. - Be comfortable with ambiguity, able to think on your feet, and ready to make an impact from day one. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related discipline. - 5–7+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, finance operations, or a similar role. - Strong end-to-end bookkeeping capability, including reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance. - Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-site operations (franchise or high-volume environments advantageous). - Experience with US bookkeeping processes, including payroll and sales tax reporting, is essential. - Prior experience with Restaurant365 is highly regarded; experience with comparable systems will also be considered. - Background in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or similar multi-venue environments is highly regarded. - Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of processes from the ground up. - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders. - Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative and driving outcomes. - Demonstrated ability or readiness to mentor and guide a junior team member. - Comfortable working in an offshore role aligned to US West Coast hours. Accounts Receivable Specialist / Bookkeeper

• Process and manage vendor invoices across contract manufacturers, 3PLs, freight providers, marketing agencies, brokers, and professional services. • Manage incoming payments from wholesale retail, marketplace, and DTC partners. • Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices across multiple retailer payment cycles and terms (Net 30 through Net 90, EOM, and variations). • Support cash flow tracking and weekly cash position reporting. • Code, validate, dispute, and recover retailer deductions and chargebacks across retailer portals, including shortages, pricing discrepancies, compliance penalties (OTIF, ASN, label, routing), co-op and MDF, new store allowances, slotting, scan based trading adjustments, and post audit claims. • Distinguish valid trade spend from invalid deductions; file disputes with supporting documentation and track recovery through resolution. • Reconcile broker commission accruals, sales reports, and deduction pass-throughs with third party sales representation firms. • Read and interpret standard EDI transactions (810, 850, 856, 812, 820) in coordination with 3PL and EDI service providers. • Reconcile Amazon settlements, fees, refunds, chargebacks, reimbursements, and lost or damaged inventory claims against Seller Central and bank deposits. • Perform monthly reconciliations across all bank accounts and credit cards. Identify and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare and complete the monthly close process in QuickBooks Online, including standard and recurring journal entries, accruals, prepaid amortization, and deferred revenue schedules. • Maintain multi-state sales tax through Avalara or TaxJar, including returns preparation, filing coordination, and reconciliation. • Produce gross to net revenue bridges by channel, capturing trade spend, deductions, returns reserves, and allowances.
