Mit über 150 engagierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen arbeiten wir täglich daran, unsere europaweit ansässigen Kunden aus der Gastronomie mit unserer Softwarelösung zu entlasten und ihnen mehr Zeit für ihre Gäste zu verschaffen. Im Customer Success Team sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Kunden erfolgreich mit Gastronovi arbeiten. Wir begleiten sie nach dem Vertragsabschluss bei der Einführung der Software, beraten zu digitalen Prozessen und sorgen dafür, dass das System optimal im Betrieb eingesetzt wird: von der Einrichtung bis zur Schulung der Servicekräfte und des Restaurantmanagements. - Du begleitest unsere Kunden beim Einstieg in unsere Software und übernimmst deren Onboarding. - Du berätst zu digitalen Prozessen in der Gastronomie und zeigst, wie unsere Software optimal eingesetzt werden kann. - Du steuerst, kontrollierst und koordinierst Kundenprojekte eigenständig: von der Vorbereitung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live. - Du schulst unsere Kunden in individuellen Online-Schulungen oder direkt vor Ort in der Software. - Du beantwortest Fragen zur Anwendung telefonisch und schriftlich. - Du vertrittst Gastronovi gelegentlich bei Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen. Qualifications - Du bist vertraut mit gastronomischen Prozessen, weil du ein echtes Gastro-Kind bist und entsprechende Berufserfahrung mitbringst, bspw. im Restaurantfach, F&B Management oder Hotelfach. - Du arbeitest gern mit Menschen, kannst gut erklären und baust schnell Vertrauen zu Kunden auf. - Beratung und Kundenkontakt machen Dir Spaß. Erfahrung in Schulung, Beratung oder Projektarbeit ist von Vorteil. - Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und arbeitest Dich schnell in Softwarelösungen ein. - Du trittst sicher auf und hast kein Problem damit, Trainings oder Präsentationen vor Publikum zu halten. - Du bringst eine gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft mit, z. B. für Kundentermine, Schulungen vor Ort oder Branchenveranstaltungen. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse bringst Du mit.
