• Collects carrier/provider details: Creates LOA’s, coordinates execution between parties, validates finalized copies. • Manages data collection, status tracking, and communications regarding: LOAs, Accounts/FANs, Carrier Portal Access, Credential logging - 1Password, Paper invoice conversion, PO box redirection, Invoice Collection Configuration for standard allocation/audit/reconciliation/ rules. • Leads the efforts and configures the below w/ coordination with the Invoice Team: Initial invoices upload, Audit/Reconciliation, Data/Mappings validation, Optimization + presents results + coordinates the implementation, Fulfilment tasks/catalog/API configuration. • Participates in customer UAT • Assists operational onboarding manger in the creation of documentation of operational processes established during onboarding for Operations team (Optimization, Fulfillment, Audit/Reconciliation/Cost Allocation) • Participates in operational go-live readiness sign-off
Job Requirements
- 2yrs+ experience as a project manager or similar function
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, Agile methodologies is highly valued.
- ServiceNow experience a plus

The Property Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for a smooth onboarding experience for new properties we begin managing. The Property Onboarding Coordinator also is the primary point of contact for homeowners associations (HOAs) that we manage properties in, manages the activation/cancellation of utility services, and assists the Leasing Department with one-off tasks and overflow work. Duties and Responsibilities: - Front line for the prospective tenants call queue and able to answer commonly asked questions. - Escalate prospective calls to the correct internal resource, when applicable. - Manage general email mailboxes - Collect HOA governing documents for new and existing properties. - Establishing utilities for properties beginning management and canceling utilities for properties canceling management. - Entering new properties into management systems. - Clerical and data entry tasks for all routine management. - Assist with Leasing Manager and field team one-off tasks as assigned. - All other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: - Experience working in real estate, property management, or a strong administrative and customer service background. - Proficiency in G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Word, Sheets) and property management software. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Good customer service skills. - Internet speed must be a minimum of 50 Mbps. - This position is fully remote and you can reside in any geographic location but you must be able to work 8:30 -5:00 PST. hours - Annual Rate of Pay: $18,720 ($9/hr.)
