This is an ideal launchpad for an early-career marketer who is hungry to learn, eager to take on new challenges, and looking for hands-on experience across multiple areas of B2B marketing in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will play a key role in turning marketing strategy into consistent execution by managing campaigns, maintaining systems, and ensuring data accuracy. You'll work directly with our Director of Marketing and partner closely with Sales, gaining exposure to every part of the marketing function and a clear path to grow your skills and ownership over time. Success in this role looks like campaigns that ship on time, clean and well-segmented data, and a marketing engine that Sales trusts to deliver qualified, well-nurtured leads. Key Responsibilities - Campaign Execution & Email Marketing: Build, schedule, and QA marketing emails in HubSpot, including newsletters, lead-magnet campaigns, and event communications. Ensure every send goes out cleanly and is aligned with messaging, timing, and brand standards. - Content & Website Management: Upload and maintain website content, including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and lead magnets. Update CTAs, forms, and metadata while ensuring consistency in formatting, SEO fundamentals, and user experience. - CRM & HubSpot Operations: Maintain contact data, lists, and segmentation within HubSpot. Ensure contacts are properly segmented, enriched, and aligned with campaign goals so prospects stay engaged and ready for future sales engagement. - Event & Marketing Support: Assist in preparing marketing assets for events and campaigns, including email drafts, landing pages, and audience lists. Ensure leads are properly tracked, organized, and integrated into marketing follow-up workflows. - Social Media & Content Coordination: Schedule social media content and make sure assets align with brand guidelines. Work closely with the Director of Marketing to maintain a consistent presence across channels and support timely campaign execution. - Marketing Operations & Coordination: Maintain the marketing calendar, track deadlines, and keep deliverables on schedule. Coordinate internally to keep campaigns, content, and initiatives organized and moving forward, and flag gaps or inconsistencies across campaigns, content, or data so nothing slips through the cracks. Qualifications - 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; internships, freelance projects, and relevant coursework count. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once without losing the thread. - Experience with email marketing platforms or CRM systems; HubSpot preferred, but not required. HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, or Marketing Hub Software certifications are a plus. - Comfort working with data, lists, and basic reporting; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solving mindset. - A growth mindset and strong appetite to learn — you ask questions, take feedback well, and run with new tools, systems, and responsibilities as the role expands. - Basic understanding of content marketing, social media, and campaign workflows; familiarity with website content management and SEO fundamentals is a plus. - Experience creating or working with basic marketing assets (e.g., social graphics, email visuals, or similar). - Comfortable working cross-functionally to support Marketing and align with Sales initiatives. - Remote role, open to U.S.-based candidates; occasional travel for team offsites, events, or in-person collaboration may be required. Benefits - Competitive salary ($55,000–$65,000), based on the candidate's experience and home location. - Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, and Short-Term Disability Insurance. - Unlimited Paid Time Off, plus a Company Holiday Calendar. - 401(k) retirement plan with company match. - Direct mentorship from the Director of Marketing and broad exposure across content, campaigns, CRM, and operations — built to be a launchpad for an early-career marketer. - A creative and inclusive work environment that values innovation, ownership, and collaboration. - Opportunity to work at the intersection of retail, technology, and workforce innovation. - Remote-first work environment with optional office space available in Boston and New York City.
