Junior HRIS Analyst

Role Description The Junior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the Dayforce HRIS platform across the organization. This position is responsible for day-to-day system support, data integrity, reporting, and configuration, ensuring that HR, Payroll, managers, and employees have a reliable and effective experience when interacting with Dayforce. This role partners closely with HR Services, Payroll, and HRIS leadership to resolve issues, improve system behavior, and support ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and motivated by improving how HR technology works for its users. Key Responsibilities - HRIS Support & Operations - Provide Tier 1 support for Dayforce-related questions and issues - Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and support resolution - Partner with HR Services and Payroll to resolve recurring or high-impact issues - Escalate complex issues appropriately and support resolution through testing and validation - System Configuration & Maintenance - Perform basic Dayforce configuration across modules (e.g., Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Talent) - Support regression testing and validation for system changes, patches, and releases - Assist with configuration cleanup and ongoing system maintenance - Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures - Data Integrity & Compliance - Monitor and support data integrity across Dayforce - Perform regular audits, validation checks, and compliance testing - Support payroll accuracy through proactive data review and issue identification - Assist with testing related to regulatory or policy changes - Reporting & Analytics - Configure and maintain standard and ad hoc Dayforce reports - Partner with HR, Payroll, and leaders to deliver accurate, timely data - Support dashboards and reporting enhancements that improve visibility and decision-making - Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Partner with HRIS leadership on system enhancements and optimization efforts - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionality - Contribute to improving system usability and user experience - Help identify opportunities to reduce manual workarounds and recurring issues Qualifications - Experience supporting the Dayforce platform - Understanding of HR and payroll processes - Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to travel domestic or internationally 0 - 15% Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on Dayforce experience across multiple modules - Experience supporting payroll or time & attendance systems - Experience with HRIS reporting and dashboards - Prior experience in a global or multi-entity environment Benefits - Generous compensation and benefits packages including health benefits - 401k contribution - 7 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays of your choosing - Generous paid time off - Tuition reimbursement assistance program - Eligibility for performance-based bonuses or commissions, where applicable Pay Transparency Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 USD based on experience. Role Description This position performs credit and collection duties for large and moderately complex customer accounts, including telephone collections, account authorization, and account management.
