• Define and drive the organization’s public cloud strategy and modernization roadmap aligned to business objectives • Lead the design, engineering, and optimization of scalable, resilient, and secure cloud platforms • Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud programs, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cloud and engineering teams; manage strategic vendors and partners • Partner with security teams to ensure cloud security, compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation • Oversee incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity for cloud platforms • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure stakeholder satisfaction, transparency, and delivery excellence • Drive continuous improvement through standardized frameworks, metrics, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, SAFe, etc.) are a strong advantage
- Hands-on leadership experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP; OCI exposure is a plus)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering concepts
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile / SAFe methodologies, and modern delivery practices
- Working knowledge of Linux administration and cloud-native operations
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Proven experience in program and portfolio management for large, multi‑project cloud initiatives
- Strong capabilities in budgeting, cost optimization, and financial governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated strength in people leadership, coaching, and talent development
- Ability to operate effectively in environments undergoing change and transformation.
