Job Description

Training Manager

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company

• Design and maintain a structured middle‑management training framework aligned with NTI business objectives and leadership expectations • Develop role‑based learning paths for supervisors and managers, including onboarding, core competency, and advanced training tiers • Establish standardized curricula covering systems, processes, project management fundamentals, and people leadership • Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, SOPs, and e‑learning modules • Develop PM 101 training focused on project fundamentals, governance, schedules, budgets, risks, change control, and cross‑functional coordination • Build platform and tools training for NTI systems (e.g., financial systems, reporting tools, scheduling platforms, timekeeping, and other enterprise platforms) • Deliver live instructor‑led training sessions (virtual and/or in person) for middle management cohorts • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and onboarding programs for newly promoted or newly hired managers • Partner with the Director of Training to align curriculum priorities and annual training roadmaps • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on training needs, capability gaps, and readiness • Track training participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics • Maintain training documentation and learning libraries for easy access and reuse.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training program development, curriculum design, organizational learning, or a related discipline
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30–40% to deliver in-person training
  • Proven experience delivering training to supervisors/managers and other adult learners in operational or corporate environments
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and cross-functional business operations
  • Experience developing and supporting training for business systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., financial, reporting, scheduling, timekeeping, or similar tools)
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical, job-relevant learning experiences.
