• Proactively generate new event leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert them into booked business • Manage leads through a structured follow-up cadence, ensuring consistent engagement • Conduct site tours and client consultations where applicable • Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event agreements • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets • Serve as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry through event handoff • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business • Understand client needs and tailor event experiences accordingly • Maintain ongoing guest satisfaction and sentiment through entire events process, from lead nurturing to post-event follow up • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to ensure flawless execution • Communicate event details clearly and accurately across departments • Oversee event timelines, BEO accuracy, and final details • Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after each event • Support Center and Restaurant Partnership Sales Manager conducts a minimum two on-site visits per location annually to support performance and drive results • Actively engages with restaurant leadership teams to foster alignment, and to drive profitability and a seamless guest experience • Maintain remote or on-site availability during business and operating hours to support guests, team execution, and events, with a flexible schedule aligned as-needed for business needs • Maintain accurate CRM records • Track sales performance and pipeline reporting • Monitor deposits, billing, and final payments • Must be willing and able to work well individually with minimal remote supervision • Perform other duties as required
• Act as point of contact and project owner for on-site new restaurant opening activities including restaurant setup, training, and opening operations. • Facilitate in-person training workshops, manager development programs, and new restaurant openings. • Design, develop, and deliver training programs using sound instructional design principles (i.e., blended learning, microlearning, etc). • Build scalable learning assets, including digital modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and in-person workshop experiences. • Lead end-to-end production of training content—from storyboarding and scripting to on-site filming and deployment. • Implement and refine measurement tools to assess training effectiveness and impact on performance.
Description JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to support a growing restaurant organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and field teams to support a strong people strategy that aligns with our culture, operations, and continued growth. The HR Manager will support team members across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring compliance, strengthening employee engagement, and helping develop leaders throughout the organization. While this role is remote, candidates based in New York or Connecticut are preferred due to proximity to our home office in Westport, CT and our restaurant locations. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Employee Relations & Support - Serve as a trusted HR partner for leaders and team members across restaurant locations - Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution - Support and conduct investigations, ensuring issues are addressed fairly and consistently Recruitment & Talent Development - Partner with leadership on recruiting strategies for restaurant and support center roles - Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process - Help build leadership development initiatives and career growth pathways for team members HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws nationwide - Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and procedures - Support benefits administration and HR systems as needed Culture & Engagement - Champion company culture and core values across all locations - Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and retention initiatives - Help foster a workplace where hospitality begins with how we treat one another Training & Leadership Support - Support development and delivery of training programs for managers and team members - Provide coaching and HR guidance to restaurant leadership teams QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or multi-unit retail - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices nationwide - Experience supporting multi-location or field-based teams - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and team members - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a growing restaurant or hospitality organization - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification - Preferred work location: In office at our Restaurant Support Center in Westport, CT. Remote candidates may be considered. Occasional ability to visit our restaurant locations is required.
