• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value, long-term strategic partnerships • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through modern sales channels • Lead presentations and high-level, consultative discussions with C-suite executives • Quarterback the entire sales process from initial contact to closing • Partner closely with Onboarding and Operations teams for post-close transition • Provide continuous feedback to leadership on market trends
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated success in an outside business development or strategic sales role
- Deep understanding of multi-modal freight management
- Proven ability to shift the conversation from transactional rate-shopping to strategic partnership
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficient in leveraging modern sales enablement tools
- Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter
