• Provide exceptional customer support in Slovenian and English via phone, email, and live chat for travel-related inquiries. • Assist customers with booking services (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) and provide information on travel policies and procedures. • Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues , such as changes, cancellations, and refunds. • Offer tailored travel solutions and alternatives based on customer preferences. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional responses. • Keep up-to-date with the travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Slovenian speaker with English proficiency (B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to assist customers.
  • Passion for travel and helping customers with travel-related inquiries.

Role Description This is a fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity for educators with mild to moderate support needs or extensive support needs.
