Role Description Are you a natural problem-solver with a “people-first” attitude? If so, we are looking for you! The Customer Service Representative will engage with our dealer customers and provide Best in Class Customer Service. This is a full-time, permanent position, potential to work remotely. Key objectives in the role are to: - Input and review new orders, service orders and marketing orders. - Build rapport and work closely with dealers to ensure accuracy of orders. - Effectively troubleshoot, analyze issues, and take the appropriate actions to resolve any problems. - Provide product support to dealer customers over the phone and via e-mail. - Provide 2020 design and catalogue support. - Take initiative and find creative approaches to make each customer’s experience feel personal. - Promptly answer phone calls and emails. Qualifications - Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new programs and systems. - Experience with 2020 Kitchen Design and InSight would be an asset. - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening). - Strong organizational abilities. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Knowledge and experience within the construction/building/cabinet industry will be considered an asset. Role Description This is a fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity for educators with mild to moderate support needs or extensive support needs. California certification is required. - Daily Rate: $300-325; rates are negotiable and subject to change - Schedule: 7:30am-3:30pm PST - LiveScan Fingerprinting will be required, and must live near a LiveScan location or be willing to drive to one. - Teach the curriculum of the school on the district virtual platform. - Attend district PD + faculty meetings. - Record student progress. - Partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically in class with students. - Join our pool of educators who have access to our educator portal to select jobs aligned to your certification as they become available. - This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. - Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process.
