Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, review, and coordination of MEP systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams. - Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system design analysis. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project designs. - Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. - Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and project documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues during design and construction phases. - Support project management teams with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Contribute to value engineering initiatives to optimize system performance and cost efficiency.
