• Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the Tracking+ software • Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and success criteria • Evaluate multiple solution approaches and recommend the best-fit configuration for the client’s operational needs • Translate client needs into well-defined solution designs before escalating to product teams • Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting • Validate proposed solutions with clients through demos, walkthroughs, or prototypes before full implementation • Identify gaps between client needs and product capabilities, and clearly articulate them when engaging product teams • Ensure implementations align with both client goals and scalable product standards (avoid over-customization) • Manage the budget, scope and timeliness of integration projects
Job Requirements
- 4–7+ years aviation consulting experience with aviation customers in maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality assurance and flight operations disciplines
- +2 years of hands-on software implementation experience
- Strong SQL Server expertise
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive implementation projects forward based on best practices
- Excellent data manipulation skills
- BA/BS degree in technical field or related discipline preferred
- Project Management experience/certification
