Role Description The Microsoft Dynamics™ Business Central Senior Application Consultant (AC) will work with the Solution Architect in every aspect of the implementation, from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics™ Business Central application to meet the customer’s needs. The Senior Application Consultant communicates with the customer’s organization on many levels to understand the business processes. - Analyze business processes and modify them as necessary. - Work with customer’s Key Users to ensure understanding of current business processes. - Communicate with Application and Development Consultant for necessary modifications. - Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources on the application. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV and Business Central required. - 2+ years of working at a Microsoft Partner required. - 10+ full-cycle ERP implementations required. - Experience with Microsoft Office products required. - Experience with Power Platform required. - Experience in the functional areas of accounting, distribution, or manufacturing is required. - Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, business, or a related field preferred. • Lead requirements-gathering sessions for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Analytics) • Work on solution design, configuration, and execution of unit tests • Produce project documentation (FRDs, Strategy Documents, and Cutover Plans) • Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deliver "Train the Trainer" style trainings
