• Lead end-to-end strategy development for new growth vectors — from opportunity identification through business case to execution roadmap • Evaluate emerging markets, geographies, and customer segments to determine where Oura should play and how to win • Drive international growth strategy — work with cross-functional teams to build market entry plans, channel strategies and localized go-to-market approaches • Oversee the development of investment theses and business cases that inform leadership's biggest resource allocation decisions • Serve as a strategic thought partner to C-suite leaders, framing the questions that matter, structuring key analyses and driving leadership to make decisions • Create high-quality strategic materials for board discussions, investor conversations, and executive offsites • Lead cross-functional alignment on the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives — clarifying ownership, surfacing trade-offs, and resolving misalignment quickly • Partner with Department leadership on annual and quarterly planning, ensuring strategic priorities are reflected in resource allocation and investment decisions • Shape the analytical frameworks and planning infrastructure that drive enterprise-level prioritization and trade-off decisions • Identify build, buy, and partner trade-offs for new capabilities required to capture growth opportunities • Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows across the S&O function — raising the bar on how the team plans, models and delivers strategic insight at speed
Job Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), corporate strategy, investment banking, or growth-stage operating roles
- Proven track record leading (not just contributing to) growth strategies — market entry, geographic expansion, partnerships, or new business model development
- Demonstrated ability to own a strategic agenda end-to-end — from framing the question through mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; you build conviction through data, not intuition alone
- Executive presence — you hold the room with C-suite leaders and drive alignment without positional authority
- Fluency with the latest AI tools — you've used them to transform how teams work, not just how you work individually
- Experience in health technology, digital health, consumer hardware, or membership businesses (a plus)

Role Description The primary function of the Welcome Center Specialist is to introduce the customer to Cartus, provide getting started documentation, and promote and sell Cartus revenue-generating products while delivering high-quality customer service. The Specialist will place departure and destination broker referrals based on the customer’s needs and conduct regular follow-up with customers to ensure agent satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. As part of our hiring process, all applicants will complete a HireVue assessment. • Manage and support the relationship with safety vendor(s) to ensure effectiveness, quality and compliance of all outsourced activities. • Provide Sponsor oversight of operational safety responsibilities, including the timely and accurate execution of the processes defined within the applicable Safety Management plans. • Monitor performance (metrics, other reports) of the safety vendor and the quality output of the ICSRs; provide appropriate feedback and training. • Monitor key performance indicators of case processing and present findings to Head of PV and cross-functional stakeholders. • Participate in daily management, operational oversight and execution of operational safety tasks for assigned Nuvalent clinical programs. • As needed. review incoming adverse event reports and communications from vendors to determine action required and ensure prompt review, follow-up, and timely submission of expedited safety reports. • Oversee case workflow (case receipt through submission) between safety vendor and Nuvalent Pharmacovigilance team. • Ensure safety case queries are resolved as per defined processes (interfacing with safety physicians, clinical operations team, other cross-functional teams within Nuvalent, and clinical vendors, as required) and facilitate case closure within required timelines. • Serve as PV operations SME on safety reporting processes according to study protocol. • Participate in the development and maintenance of SOPs, forms, plans, systems, and guidance documents to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements or guidelines, GVP and industry best practices. • Serve as resource and contact for other functions within the company for pharmacovigilance operational activities. • Serve as Pharmacovigilance representative for the operational aspects of the SAE reconciliation.
