Role Description This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process. As a Fullmind educator, you will: - Have access to our educator portal where you can select the jobs you take on as a Fullmind educator. - Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment. - Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships. - Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum. - Keep track of student grades and performance. Qualifications - Valid High School NYS Students with Disabilities certification is required. - Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. - Prior online teaching experience is a plus! Role Description We’re looking for a specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing our Vendor Management System (VMS) operations. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and you will provide contractual services to Wonolo’s Central Operations team. You’ll be the expert for managing requests in the VMS, posting and managing jobs on our platform, and ensuring that job requests are filled quickly and efficiently. You’ll manage the entire process from receiving orders to fulfilling them with the right workers. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale products and lead key architectural initiatives. You will be a big driver in delivering a world-class customer experience. What you'll do: - Monitoring and Manage Requests: You will regularly monitor for new booking requests. You’ll be responsible for claiming these jobs in the VMS and managing them from start to finish. - Tracking and Updating Booking Status in VMS Portal: You will be responsible for tracking the status of each request in the VMS, updating it when a worker accepts or withdraws from a job. You’ll also manage the bookings by either successfully filling them or releasing the job if a worker does not fill the position. - Process development: You will work with our operations team to build and further refine our VMS operations processes by becoming a functional expert and understanding the process from end to end. - Maintain accuracy: Execute daily processes with accuracy and speed. Ensure the reliable execution of all daily processes by consistently following operational procedures.
