Supply Chain Coordinator

Zwift

• Manage the full lifecycle of supply planning and purchase order execution for accessories and replacement parts • Coordinate with Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to create new SKUs and lead daily Clear-To-Build calls • Manage inbound shipments from global suppliers, including freight booking and tracking • Partner with Finance to resolve PO discrepancies and confirm Incoterms • Conduct weekly analysis of supply changes to present to Demand Planners

Job Requirements

  • High degree of comfort navigating ERP environments (ideally NetSuite)
  • Ability to translate a demand forecast into a tactical supply plan
  • Solid grasp of international shipping nuances, including Incoterms and freight quoting
  • Natural collaborator able to communicate with diverse departments
  • Proactive problem solver able to propose solutions for supply gaps
  • Operational agility balancing strategy and day-to-day tasks

The Smartwool Demand Planner is a key player in the Demand Planning & Supply Chain process. This incumbent develops, monitors, and provides a rolling forecast by utilizing statistical forecasting tools, historical data, and sales projections from cross-functional partners and customers for a strategic business unit. The Demand Planner has a leadership role in the S&OP consensus meetings. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. - Create accurate demand plans by utilizing statistical forecasting tools, historical data, and sales projections from cross-functional partners and customers for a strategic business unit - Prepare and facilitate monthly cross-functional demand meetings focused on reaching consensus on the final forecast as part of the S&OP process - Work within forecasting software to ensure world class forecast accuracy through root cause analysis, product life cycle forecasting, determining trends, and exception based forecasting - Report forecast accuracy, determine root causes for inaccurate demand plans, recommend, and execute plans to increase demand plan accuracy - Provide all levels of the organization with updated forecasts, including ongoing analyses and interpretation of data.
