Supply Chain Coordinator
Zwift
• Manage the full lifecycle of supply planning and purchase order execution for accessories and replacement parts • Coordinate with Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to create new SKUs and lead daily Clear-To-Build calls • Manage inbound shipments from global suppliers, including freight booking and tracking • Partner with Finance to resolve PO discrepancies and confirm Incoterms • Conduct weekly analysis of supply changes to present to Demand Planners
Job Requirements
- High degree of comfort navigating ERP environments (ideally NetSuite)
- Ability to translate a demand forecast into a tactical supply plan
- Solid grasp of international shipping nuances, including Incoterms and freight quoting
- Natural collaborator able to communicate with diverse departments
- Proactive problem solver able to propose solutions for supply gaps
