Role Description Du identifizierst und gewinnst eigenständig potenzielle Kunden und Partner aus verschiedenen Branchen und Fachbereichen – von der ersten Recherche bis zur erfolgreichen Kontaktaufnahme. - Du begleitest den Sales-Zyklus mit Fokus auf Erstansprache (Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn) über die Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Qualifizierung und Verhandlung hin. - Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Leads und entwickelst durch einen strukturierten und beratungsorientierten Vertriebsprozess kontinuierlich weiter. - Du bist in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team für die Koordination, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen (remote und vor Ort) verantwortlich. - Du analysierst Märkte, Zielgruppen und Wettbewerber, um neue Potenziale zu identifizieren und fundierte Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln. - Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing- und Sales-Team zusammen – z. B. bei der Erstellung von Vertriebs-Content (Website, Newsletter, Case Studies) oder bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen. - Du nutzt moderne Tools wie Hubspot zur strukturierten Leadbearbeitung und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools im Vertriebsalltag gesammelt. Qualifications - Du bist positiv, von Natur aus neugierig und lernaffin, zielorientiert, kommunikationsstark und kannst gut mit Menschen umgehen. - Du schätzt den persönlichen Kontakt sowohl im Team als auch mit Kunden und scheust nicht vor der Kaltakquise zurück. - Erste Vertriebserfahrungen im Vertrieb (z.B. als SDR, Junior AE) oder in einem kundenorientierten Beruf (z.B. alle Vertriebsbereiche, Marketing, Gastronomie/Hotellerie). - Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Suite (Word / Excel / PPT). - Deutsch (sehr gut, C2), Englisch (fließend).
