Deine Aufgaben bei uns: - Verantwortung für Testaktivitäten: - Planung, Steuerung und Priorisierung aller Testaktivitäten über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess hinweg - Teamführung: - Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des QA-Bereichs sowie Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der QA-Mitarbeiter:innen - QA-Strategie: - Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Qualitätsstrategie für unsere digitalen Produkte - Testmanagement: - Verantwortung für Testkonzepte, Testpläne, Testfälle und Qualitätsstandards - Automatisierungssteuerung: - Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Testautomatisierung und Ausbau der Automatisierungsabdeckung - Fehler- und Risikomanagement: - Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Identifikation, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Bugs, Issues und Qualitätsrisiken - Prozessintegration: - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen und Product Manager:innen, um Testing frühzeitig und wirksam in den Entwicklungsprozess zu integrieren - Reporting: - Transparente Aufbereitung von Testergebnissen, Qualitätskennzahlen und Risiken für relevante Stakeholder - Qualitätskultur: - Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Testprozessen, Methoden und Standards sowie aktiver Beitrag zur übergreifenden Qualitätskultur Qualifications - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im QA-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf Qualitätssicherung, Testmanagement und der Koordination von Testaktivitäten - Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams oder in einer leitenden QA-Rolle - Gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Testautomatisierung, z. B. mit Cypress - Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS, JavaScript sowie modernen Web-Frameworks - Erfahrung mit der Integration automatisierter Tests in CI/CD-Pipelines - Sehr gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungszyklen (SDLC), Testmethoden und QA-Best Practices - Selbstständig, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch - Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Requirements - Erfahrung mit API-Testing-Tools (z.
