Senior Implementation Engineer

• Lead the technical configuration of AtHoc cloud instances • Perform end-to-end installations on customer-provided infrastructure • Maintain expert-level configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate data imports and system health checks • Configure Microsoft Entra ID/LDAP synchronizations and SAML 2.0/SSO authentications • Utilize SQL queries for data mapping and verify data integrity during migration
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years in a technical role (Systems Administration, Implementation, or Field Engineering)
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to listen to customer needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Conflict Resolution: Calm under pressure when troubleshooting critical systems
- Effective Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership: A self-starter who takes responsibility for the customer's technical success
- Windows Server: Advanced administration
- IIS: Experience managing web sites and application pools
- SQL Server: Familiarity with relational databases
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and API interaction
- Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and Identity Management (SSO/Entra ID)
