Role Description As our Interface Specialist II, you will drive the development and optimization of automated processes and workflows using AI tools and on similar automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, etc. This role is key for building, deploying, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems and supporting process automation initiatives across our departments. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with process improvement, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. - Execute complex interface projects with minimal guidance. - Organize, optimize, manage, and drive implementation issue resolution and optimization to completion. - Flex across multiple projects and programs simultaneously. - Design, develop, and support automations and integrations within enterprise systems. - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and drive process efficiency. - Develop and maintain scripts/applications (Python, JavaScript) to support automation and integration requirements. - Create and maintain procedures and best practices related to process automation and interfaces. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Foundational knowledge of data and data extract solutions, with basic coding skills in JavaScript, C++, SQL, or similar languages. - Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to: - Communicate clearly and persuasively in both positive and challenging situations. - Listen actively, seek clarification, and participate in meetings. - Present information (including numerical data) clearly. - Edit written materials for clarity, grammar, and accuracy. - Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for one week at a time, several times per year. - Willingness to work after hours as needed to support client go-lives. - Ability to execute basic interface projects under the guidance of a Team Lead or experienced analyst. - Demonstrated ability to organize and manage implementations to completion and on schedule. - Ability to work effectively across multiple interface projects in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, while maintaining openness to feedback and attention to shared team goals. Requirements - For this US-based position, the base pay range is $54,285.00 - $121,910.87 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%. Role Description The RPA Developer will support the RPA team in the implementation of best practices for RPA development, technical design and development of process automation, monitoring and support of operational robots, and work with customers to help automate their manual processes. Other technology and organizational duties as assigned.
