This role combines GTM engineering with strong project execution, focusing on implementing scalable campaign operations, improving our marketing tech stack, and contributing to GTM transformation initiatives. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to build automation, streamline processes, and help scale a data-driven and efficient GTM machine. It is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment in a role that will directly impact business agility and success. Primary Responsibilities: Implement Campaign Operations Excellence - Design and implement scalable campaign operations across the marketing tech stack - Simplify and standardize campaign processes to improve speed, consistency, and global execution - Build and maintain automations using platforms such as n8n to eliminate manual processes and ensure seamless system orchestration - Continuously exploring new automation opportunities and best practices - Leverage AI to enhance campaign execution, personalization, and operational efficiency Lead GTM Transformation Projects - Lead GTM transformation projects focused on improving pipeline generation and operational efficiency - Design and optimize processes across lead capture, lead routing, lead data enrichment, lead qualification, lead scoring and engagement tracking - Design, implement and maintain scalable outbound and inbound workflows powered by automation, data and AI leveraging platforms such as Clay - Identify gaps and deliver quick wins and incremental enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality within the GTM tech stack - Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. - Act as the primary interface between Business (Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations) and development team (IT), ensuring alignment, feasibility, and timely execution. - Manage timelines, dependencies, testing, and releases, ensuring proper delivery and user adoption. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or related field - 5+ years of experience in similar role - Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar tool is a must - Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier or similar tool is a must - Experience with SFDC CRM or similar tool is a must - Experience with marketing tech stack such as Zoom, Hygraph, Vidyard is a plus - Experience with Clay is a plus - Technical mindset: comfortable with APIs, automation logic, and system workflows - Interest in applying AI to improve GTM processes - Software industry experience is a plus - Fluent English is a must - Process & System minded - Business savy - understand Business processes, challenges, and requirements - Sense of ownership, result driven, curiosity, hands-on, extra mile mindset - Team player - Interpersonal communication skills - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation Additional Information We are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers' IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise.
